Statement of Responsibility
Each and every associate at TFP Group Inc. has the responsibility to uphold the Company's
Confidentiality and Privacy Policy, as well as to adhere to high ethical standards.
Following is the Confidentiality/Privacy Policy that each and every associate at TFP
has signed in confirmation of their responsibilities and accountabilities to the
Company, and to our Clients.
"We at TFP Group provide training reimbursement consulting and administration services,
and tax credit and incentive services, to clients in California and nationwide.
In providing these services, we handle limited information ("Personal Data")
regarding certain employees of our clients, principally information related to name,
address, social security numbers and current wages. This Confidentiality/Privacy
Policy confirms our commitment to privacy and sets forth rules and procedures to protect the
Personal Data in our possession.
Privacy of Personal Data concerns governments, regulators, and businesses.
Applicable laws and regulatory schemes differ, but the basic concern for personal
privacy is shared. Personal Data refers to information recorded in any form that
is identifiable to specific individuals in TFP's client base. Personal Data does
not include information that is available publicly, and other derivative data that
is not identifiable to a specific individual.
The protection of Personal Data and other confidential, sensitive or proprietary
information is of critical importance to TFP, its workforce, and its clients.
All TFP employees are required to not use any Personal Data or other confidential,
sensitive or proprietary information in any manner that is unauthorized or detrimental
to the best interests of TFP and its clients. Any violations of this policy will result
in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
